Hi Chris,

Have you ever heard the expression about a person knowing just enough to be dangerous?.....that's me.

I am one of the junior level techs here and I'm the one that messed up your dns zone.

The scary part is that I was so sure I was doing it right, that I never bothered to check with one of the upper level techs about my solution.

So, I'd just like to apologize for my error and my over zealousness to "fix" your problem.
